Hit and run/Fire thefts

There's some mystery surrounding a hit and run accident last night in Youngstown. A woman traveling south on Market Street, collided with a car pulling out of a grocery store on Earle. The driver who was hit, got out of her car, and ran away. Police aren't sure why. The other woman was treated-and-released from the hospital.
While the Fire Department was cleaning-up the accident scene -- someone decided to help themselves to items in the fire truck. They saw someone jump out of the fire engine, with something under their coat. The person has not been found.
