The Youngstown Fire Department has been serving the residents of Youngstown since 1868. They work on pride, dedication and determination. Day-in, and day-out, they risk there lives for the citizens they protect. This page is dedicated to the 19 Youngstown firefighters who have given their lives for that cause. On October 8, 1979 the Firefighter's Memorial was dedicated across from No.1 fire station. It was created by Fire Inspector Bill Brown. It is a lasting remembrance to: ______
