Additional: They are putting a new roof on the building. The flames were actually the asphalt heater.

Additional: Eng 15 reports pot on the stove. All units except Lad 24 clear. 24 on scene for ventilation. 15 responded from Canfield Rd dumpster fire call.

Additional: News reports that night said that the second fire was probably an arsonist finishing the job rather than a rekindle. Arson investigators are looking into the blaze.
