5/28/2001- approx 1800 Youngstown: Power Outage. Rush and Wynchwood. Cos: Eng 2. Elderly resident reporting power out to residence. Cause is an MVA at Meadowbrook and Southern which took out a transformer. Boardman FD unit on scene.
