Youngstown: 170 E. Midlothian. Eng 2, Eng 15, Eng 9, Squad33, Ladder 24. Working fire.

(It was interesting the way I got this call. I was on the phone with a guy who works in the YFD shop trying to get some details on their Mack CF's when I heard the tones in the background. As he is talking to me, I am jotting the call down as I hear it in the background.)
As usual, Batt. 1 & 2 also toned to scene. In these cases, I would assume that Batt. 2 has scene control while Batt. 1 is on scene as safety officer or something similar. I believe that they have designated areas. Batt. 1 works on the north side of the Mahoning River while Batt. 2 works the south side of the river. You may also think of it as whos ladder is there. If Batt. 1's Ladder 22 is there, then they have control, if Batt. 2's Ladder 24 is there, then they have control. Of course, this is all based on assumption.
