1977/79 -Mack CF 685
Youngstown began a tradition of sorts when the department purchased their fourth CF in almost as many years. This truck would be a 1977 685 series model, delivered in 1979, with a 1250gpm pump, 500gal tank, and manual 5-speed transmission. This truck would move to several different stations during its 15+ service career, including Stations 7 and 9. It was sold in the last couple of years. This trucks serial number is CF685F-2006.
